Welcome to our PGC Family

Josh has owned Premier General Contracting since 1996. He has over 25 years of experience as a general contractor. Josh has expanded and grown the company to what it is today! He and his wife Rachel have a daughter Ava. 

Cliff joined the PGC team in the summer of 2021. He worked as a carpenter for his grandfather in the family-owned business during his younger years and spent many years volunteering as a firefighter in his hometown. Cliff obtained a Bachelor's Degree from SEMO and has spent most of his professional life in public service for the State of Missouri. In the time that he has been with PGC, he has mainstreamed the operations of the company while also giving excellent customer service to our valued clients. He and his wife Roxanne have two children, Lincoln and Emmalyn. 

Jaime was added to the PGC family in March of 2022 after many years of working in the administrative and customer service industries. She was born and raised in the Jackson area and graduated from Jackson High School. She is married to Shawn and is the busy mother of two boys, Austin & Alex and two girls, Ava & Abi. While she enjoys reading, cooking, working in her garden and relaxing around the fire pit with her family, she is just as likely to spend time completing projects around her house. We are thankful to have her as the first contact our clients have with PGC. 

Matt joined the PGC team in July 2022. He has lived in the Benton area his whole life and enjoys spending time outdoors fishing & hunting. He also enjoys being with his family during his down time. Matt is a vital part of the PGC family, and we are glad to have him on our team.

Wes has lived in Jackson for 20 years and proudly served in the National Guard for 8 years. He has been in the construction industry for 7 years and his attention to detail is obvious to see in every project he completes. His 12 year-old daughter, who he enjoys relaxing with and spending time with on his days off, is the apple of his eye. The PGC family is grateful for Wes's service to our Nation, as well as having him be a part of our team.

Thad was born in Philadelphia and moved to the area in 1985 and went to school in Jackson, MO. He has been in the construction field for the past 22 years and enjoys working with his hands. Thad has experience in roofing, siding, deck installation, kitchen & bathroom remodels, room additions and everything in-between. He finds joy in the challenge of turning something old into something new and improved. We are lucky to have Thad on our crew.

Austin was raised in St. Louis and moved to Cape in 2004 to attend SEMO. He has been in the construction industry for the past 13 years and has a drive to continue perfecting his craft. In his down time, he enjoys spending time with his 4 year-old daughter, playing basketball, working on & racing cars, and watching cooking shows. We are glad to have Austin join the PGC family.
